Being able to bag a job at a company like Dunzo is a dream for most, right?
However, for many, it remains just that, a dream.

In my experience, the process for applying for the job of software development engineer is much more complex than for a business analyst. This is because an engineer is expected to clear more rounds before being selected than an analyst. However, both are, in their respects, a difficult feat to accomplish.
In my opinion, a company like Dunzo only wants the best of the best candidates and makes all applicants go through a rigorous hiring process for just that. This is because if there was just one round, interviewers would not accurately be able to gauge the full potential of the candidate. The first two times I applied to Dunzo, I was rejected after the first round itself. It was on my third attempt that I was offered a job.
